Handling Recruitment & Resourcing.
- Managing day to day Joining Formalities and Induction.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Leave and Attendance Management
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and bonus and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
- To handle all the queries of the employees related to Salary, Leaves and Attendance.
- Support accounts department on payroll processing.
- MIS & Data Analysis.
- Employee Engagement.
- Managing Legal works related to S&E Act, PT Registration and payment.
- To ensure timely Full and Final Settlement of resigned employees.
To issue increments, promotions, experience, NOC certificates, relieving and other letters from time to time.
