Assisting the company in developing, managing and altering social responsibility policies.
Using internal communication to reinforce the company’s social responsibility policies.
Acting as the focal point for the Company's CSR initiatives in the geography and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders
Promoting employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders
Working on company branding strategies with the marketing department.
Candidate should have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Candidate should have prior experience within a similar role.(Min. 1 Year)
Candidate must have knowledge of the rules and regulations governing Charities, IPCs (Institutions of Public Character), and best practices for CSR will be an advantage.
Candidate should have strong expertise in managing relationships, networks and teams that include a diverse group of people representative of the public and private sectors, community-based organizations, non-profit and civic leadership as well as program beneficiaries.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills both verbal & written.
